Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CampaignBlaze ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), an AI-powered video generation platform operated by CampaignBlaze. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using CampaignBlaze, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account using a valid email address or third-party authentication (e.g., Google OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@campaignblaze.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Description of Service

CampaignBlaze provides AI-powered video generation tools including script generation, scene composition, AI image generation, text-to-speech, background music, and programmatic video rendering. The Service uses third-party AI models and providers, which may change over time as technology evolves. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace AI models, providers, and features at any time without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

4.1 Plans and Pricing

CampaignBlaze offers free and paid subscription plans billed monthly. Pricing, credit allocations, and plan features are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of pricing changes to existing subscribers.

4.2 Video Credits

Video credits are consumed when videos are rendered. Different templates may consume different amounts of credits. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credit packs purchased as add-ons also do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

4.3 Payments

Payments are processed through our payment provider, Polar.sh. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the text prompts, brand assets (logos, colors, fonts), and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). You grant CampaignBlaze a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service.

5.2 Generated Content

Videos, scripts, images, and other content generated by the Service ("Generated Content") are owned by you, subject to the following limitations: (a) the underlying AI models are owned by their respective providers; (b) Generated Content may be subject to the terms of the AI providers used in generation; (c) we make no guarantee that Generated Content is unique or non-infringing. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before publication and ensuring it complies with applicable laws.

5.3 AI Model Limitations

The AI models used by CampaignBlaze (including but not limited to models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs, and other providers) are provided by third parties. These models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Produce deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or misleading content designed to deceive
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, credits, or access controls
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond the provided API
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

7. API Access

API access is available on eligible plans. API usage is subject to rate limits and credit consumption. We may modify API endpoints, rate limits, or access requirements at any time. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, trademarks, and logos, is owned by CampaignBlaze and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers for AI processing, payment processing, authentication, and storage. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. AI models, rendering capabilities, and available features may change as the underlying technology evolves.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMPAIGNBLAZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CampaignBlaze and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your videos and data before termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, indemnification, and limitation of liability) will survive.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service before they take effect.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CampaignBlaze regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
